His oil & gas experience and running his own businesses qualify him to advise and consult on variety of businesses including technical related businesses, consumer services, manufacturing, construction, hospitality, food, and medical related businesses.
About
Lou Sabbagh has over 31 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including 10 years as an Account and Sales Manager based in Houston, I bring a wealth of diverse expertise to the world of business brokerage. As the President of Budget Business Brokers (BBB) and Intercap USA for Middle Market Mergers and Acquisitions, I am committed to helping small and lower middle-market business owners achieve their goals and realize the full value of their investments.
After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, my career in the oil and gas industry began, where I gained hands-on experience managing operations both domestically and internationally, and held numerous leadership roles across global markets. This foundation gave me a unique perspective on business operations, management, and growth, which I later applied to my entrepreneurial ventures.
In addition to my technical background, I have successfully launched and sold a range of businesses, including an importing and distribution company in New York, a service business, and a consulting business in Houston. Through these experiences, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of owning and running a business, as well as a keen awareness of what both buyers and sellers need to succeed in a transaction.
In last 7 years, my focus has shifted to business brokerage, where I have had the privilege of working alongside a leading firm, gaining invaluable insight into the intricacies of the selling and buying process. This experience has reinforced my passion for helping small business owners maximize their potential and secure the best possible outcomes from their ventures.
Above all, I operate with the Golden Rule: treating every client and transaction with professionalism, honesty, and transparency. My mission is to create win-win deals that benefit both sellers and buyers, ensuring that each transaction is approached with integrity and a focus on long-term success.
